Return and Exchange Policy
At MANZA MASAMUNA stores , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward EXCHANGE ONLY policy to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle-free.
Overview
We do not accept returns. We only have an exchange policy, which is valid after only 4 Hours. If 4 Hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are not accepted. Only exchanges are permitted within 4 hours of purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, no exchange is applicable.
Shipping returns
Not Accepted.
